Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed when a duplicate payment is received, a payment is charged in error, or NTDAP is unable to provide the purchased course access.
Refunds are not normally available after course access has been activated, learning materials have been made available, or the student has started the course, except where required by applicable law or confirmed administrative error.
Refund Review Process
Students must submit refund requests with their registered name, email address, course name, payment date, and transaction reference.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel where possible. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

Published course prices on the website are listed in PKR and may vary by course. Students should review the course card and course detail page before submitting an application or payment.
