Return Policy

Return policy for NTDAP course access, digital learning materials, and support requests.

Digital Course Access

NTDAP provides training courses, digital learning access, and related academic services. Since course access is digital and service-based, physical returns do not apply.

If a student receives incorrect course access, duplicate access, or an administrative allocation error, the student should contact the support desk for correction.

Issue Resolution

Return-type requests are reviewed as service correction requests. NTDAP may update the assigned course, correct account access, or guide the student through the required support process.

Students should share their registered name, email address, selected course, and payment reference where applicable.
